Returns Policy - We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging and tags and in saleable condition. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
Returns / Refunds can take 7-10 working days to process.

Exchanges

We can offer an exchange service but we have charge £4.50 to cover shipping costs.
How to return an item - Please remember that you are responsible for any goods returned until they reach our premises. As a result, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return any products. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the package(s). We are only able to refund the cost of standard delivery, with proof of postage if there is an error in the order.

Please enclose a small note with your full name, ebay user id and order details and your request for the size you want as an exchange or refund

If item is required urgently please purchase another item and return the original purchase.
